Since the election of Donald Trump as the 45th President of the United States, many of America’s cities have remained in the grip of violent protestors angry at the electorate’s choice.
Much of the survival community saw this coming. While a large number of them were hoping to see a President Trump, it was also difficult to imagine the reaction of the progressive left to his election would be anything approaching acquiescent.
Sure enough, trouble has reigned since November 8.
The city of Portland, Ore. has been a particularly acute flashpoint for anti-Trump rioting and violence. Two men there were just arrested and charged with attempted murder in connection with a shooting that occurred during an anti-Trump demonstration, and police in that city quickly went from referring to the acts of disobedience as “protests,” to calling them “riots.”
Trouble in the wake of the Trump election has beset cities large and small throughout the United States, from New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago, to less-populated municipalities like Worcester, Mass. and Iowa City, Iowa.
The trouble, the violence…is everywhere.
What’s more, many protestors have said that these demonstrations will be a mainstay of the Trump presidency.
Will that prove to be the case?
It is difficult to know, for sure, but given that many of these disruptions are allegedly being fueled and funded by wealthy agitators with enormous bank accounts, it may well be so.
So what do YOU do?
Two things: First, you and those like you continue to work to capture as many hearts and minds as possible inside the arena of ideas. It can be a challenge, but, as bad as things are, they are still not quite so bad that inroads cannot be made in that respect.
The other thing you do…is make sure you are ready for anything.
One of the areas of survival preparation that sometimes receives short shrift pertains to urban survival. Much of the dialogue that exists out there has to do with how to stay alive when you’re stranded deep in the woods, but, for so many, what is of much more relevance is how to remain intact when trouble unfolds in more populated settings.
Thankfully, there is a growing body of work that covers this specific sub-category of survival, and you can now find more information on the topic by way of a simple Google search. Alternatively, there are some awfully good products out there that provide very helpful advice, and one that we like is a 60-minute video called Surviving Civil Unrest. Your guide throughout Surviving Civil Unrest is Chance Sanders, a former Marine Corps infantryman and marksmanship instructor, as well as a professional educator in the realm of survival. In addition to this terrific, comprehensive video guide, you will also receive several bonuses, including a full transcription of survivalist EJ Owens' 6-hour Tactical Home Defense training.
What’s more, your purchase is protected by a 60-day, money-back guarantee. If, at any time in the first two months of buying Surviving Civil Unrest, you decide it is not for you, no problem; just say so, and get back all of your money.
